Wilka will be a presentor at the Invest in Texas Seminar sponsored by the Mexico City office of NAFTA for the Texas Govenors office.  This is an ongoing series of seminars which are presented approximately twice per year in both Texas and in Mexico City.

The series in intended for companies or persons that wish to do business in or with Texas businesses.  It is an opportunity to hear from various professionals about the opportunites as well as the obsticals that may be expierenced when doing business in the State of Texas.
